CAROLE'S DESIGNER RENTAL TERMS:

Would you like to have your creations on my proven, highly popular web site? Whether you're a web designer, tube artist, doll creator, or scrap designer, etc. you're all welcome!
The only exceptions would be any designer/artist who has been included in a Hall of Shame!

There are many benefits with being affiliated with an established web designer:

A large number of people come into Triad Designz on any given day.

Triad Designz has over 70 loyal followers.

Standard benefits:
All components of your designs must comply with my T.O.C.

Use your own PayPal and Photobucket accounts.

Be added to my forms.

Continue to control your own prices.

An exclusive critique workshop (strictly for the designers of Triad Designz).

RENTING COST:

The cost for rent is $48.00 payable per year. At the end of the year you will receive notice
to either renew or withdraw. I do not automatically renew.

There is a onetime set-up charge of $25.00, which would include adding your information to my
site.
All moneys must be paid before any work is done to add you to Triad Designz.

REFUND POLICY:

Full refund (minus any PayPal fees) If you cancel your rental agreement BEFORE
the start of any set-up work.

No refund after any design work and installation of your designs on my site.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
I expect all renters to adhere to my T.O.C.

Triad Designz is a family based site. With that said, I will not allow anything that is
sexually explicit, or bias in any way. So if you believe you really need that kind of work
shown, you've come to the wrong web site.

Triad Designz reserves the right to terminate any rental contract.

LINKS AND SISTER SITES:
Many of us have the same links, and sister sites. If you have any links that required
approval please informs those artists of the move. They may decide to extend their approval
to the whole site.

Same goes for sister sites. Please informed all sister sites that you will be on now be
affliated with Triad Designz. If they wish to add Triad Designs as a sister, please let me
know (by email) so that I may add any of your "Sisters", or "Links".

MEMBERSHIP SITES:
I am not, at this time, entertaining including any paid or free memberships. Anything that
causes a person to sign in is at this time not doable. If in the future, and it it's in
agreement with all renters, to go in that directions it will be considered. The only
membership that is on my site is my newsletter membership. If you would like something like
this, or perhaps meld with mine, I would consider it.
