Original Designs by Triad Designz Designers
It's important that you understand the following before you purchase from this site or use these designs on your site. Most of the components that make up our designs have been created by wonderfully, talented artists. Many are purchased art kits, others come from membership sites, for which we pay a fee. Much time and effort goes into designing the graphics on this site, so please abide by these rules. We appreciate your cooperation.
1. All sales are final!! We will show you all graphics, and make sure you are satified. Please remember, once you approve of the graphics, they can't be changed without additional cost.
When you receive the design please view it on your league/web site, you'll have 48 hours to let us know if you want any additions. We will quote you a fair price for any extra links, buttons, pictures, etc. There will NOT be any refunds once the design is approved.
2. All graphics must be kept intact. Please do not remove any links, url or copyright information. Also, please do not use other graphics (bkgs or otherwise) that were not included with each individual design. Thank you!!
3. Do not alter the appearance of the graphics without the written consent of Triad Designz. This means changing the size, color, using another graphic from my site, or another site with said graphics.
4. We will not tolerate the redistributing (free or for purchase) of our designs in any way. This is a against our copyright laws!
5. Any and all custom work we make for you must NOT be shared with anyone from your league, or any other league, without the written consent of Triad Designz. The exception to this would be if you are an admin of a league, and you wish to gift one of your staff.
6. Graphics stay in our PhotoBucket Accounts! Once an order is placed, the individual designer will make a separate album (in their PhotoBucket account) under your name. Thank you!
7. The designer will notify you when your work is completed, and send you the html code used on that page. Additional html coding may be discussed before the coding is sent to you. The designer will not do any additional coding after they send it to you.
8. All pages are original, and designed by the designers of Triad Designz.
Graphic Design Class
All of the classes have been created by Carole. If any of my lessons resemble something you have done, or seen on the web, it's strictly coincidental.
All students are expected NOT to share with others any lessons, whether with friends, league members, or groups. To do so would be against the copyright laws. Much time and effort goes into Carole's work, and it would not be fair to her, you, and to others.
Renters
All Renters must work within the constaints of the Triad Designz T.O.C. Failure to do so would be reason to cancel your contract, without refund.
All people afflicated with Triad Designz are expected to comply with all copyright laws.
This is a family site, and therefore no sexually explicit material, children or animal cruelty, or any biasness toward any race or nationality is strictly forbidden.
Failure to follow the above T.O.C. would be reason to cancel your contractual agreement - immediately.
